“Lydia’s CharKor BBQ” gourmet food truck brings you delicious and healthy modern charcoal grilled Korean BBQ fusion dishes. The charcoal oven will remove most of the excessive oils on the meat and deliver unique and exquisite flavours.
In addition, We use a charcoal oven called KOPA, cooking the meat at around 350 degree celcius to give our meat that extra juicy flavour and texture. All our meat is marinated using a traditional Korean recipe. Using homemade, fresh ingredients, LCB was created by Chef Lydia to satisfy your cravings for an authentic Korean BBQ. Every bite will win you over!
